1 to 1.5 Cups Large Flake Dehydrated Coconut (Let's Do Organic Brand is the best I have found)
3 TBSP Real Maple Syrup
2 TBSP Liquid Smoke
Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
In a bowl mix your maple syrup and liquid smoke. Add in your coconut and coat.
Spread your coconut out in a thin layer on your lined baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until desired crispiness. Store in the fridge.
Great topper for salad, pizza, sandwiches, soups, and veggies.
