Ingredients
1 Cup Pitted Dates
1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Walnuts
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/3 Cup Cocoa
2 TBSP Flaxmeal/Ground Flax
2 TBSP Hemp Hearts/Seeds
1 Cup Quick or Instant Oats
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut + 1/2 Cup for rolling

Directions
In a blender combine the dates, peanut butter, walnuts and milk. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and add in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Chill the mixture in a freezer for 20-30 minutes.

On a flat surface spread some coconut.
With chilled mixture roll 1-2" balls by hand. Finish them by rolling in the coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 7 days. They can be enjoyed straight from the fridge; or take them out 20 minutes before eating.
