Reversing Type 2 Diabetes might seem like a bold suggestion but it is doable and actually simple. Eat a low fat, whole food plant based diet. How do you do that? Eat Beans, Greens, Pulses, Vegetables, Fruits (yes fruits!), Whole Grains, Berries, Mushrooms and Spices. No oils, minimal nuts, seeds and avocados. No Animal Products and minimal processed foods.
