Whole Food Plant Based : Vegan : Oil Free : Comfort Food





Makes 4


1 Cup Dehydrated Butler Soy Curls

A Sweet Bell Pepper

1/4 Cup Corn

1 Small Onion

2 Green Onions

1 Carrot

1 1/2 Cup Mushrooms

1 TBSP Corn Starch

1 TSP Garlic Powder

2 TSP Chili Powder

1/4 TSP Cayenne Pepper

1 TSP Smoked Paprika

1 TSP Salt (optional)

1/2 TSP Cumin

1 TSP Onion Powder

4 Whole Grain Wraps/Flat Breads



  1. Prepare the Butler Soy Curls as per directions - soak for 8-10 minutes in hot water to re-hydrate, then drain excess water.

  2. Combine spices in a medium sized bowl.

  3. Coat the soy curls in the spices.

  4. Slice the Sweet Pepper, Onion and Mushrooms.

  5. Using a vegetable peeler, slice t he carrot lengthwise into ribbons.

  6. In a non-stick pan dry saute the soy curls until brown, add in the sweet peppers, carrots, onions and mushrooms. Cook on medium heat until soft, 5-8 minutes, adding small amounts of water to prevent sticking as needed. Add in any left over spice mix.

  7. Chop the Green onion - put aside for garnish.

  8. Spoon the Fajita filling onto the Whole Grain Wraps and garnish with the green onions.
