Makes 750ml


1 Cup of Washed Kale or Spinach (or a mix!)

1 Ripe Banana

1/2 Cup Pineapple, Mango, or Berries (frozen preferably)

1 TSP Cinnamon

1/2 Cup Almond, Soy or your favorite plant milk

1/2 Cup water



In a high speed blender mix until smooth. Enjoy within 2 hours.

You can drink it straight, make a smoothie bowl or we make Popsicles for our kids too!
