RANCHY DIP
Ingredients
250g Smooth or Silken Tofu
1/2 Cup Minced Onion
3 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 TSP Mustard
3 TBSP Dill
2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
3 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TBSP Pepper
3/4 Cup Plant Milk
Directions
In a blender mix all ingredients until creamy. Pairs well fresh veggies, Buffalo Cauli-Bites, Smokey Bean Burger, French Fries or Veggie Nuggets
