Whole Food Plant Based : Vegan : Sugar Free : Oil Free : Kid Approved





Makes 90+


2 Cans Black or Navy Beans (800ml or 3.5 Cups Cooked/Drained)

1/2 Cup Onion

3 Cups Steamed Sweet Potatoes with their skin

3 Cloves Garlic

1 14 floz/400ml Can Beets (drain out juices)

2/3 Cup Ground Flax

4 Cups Quick Oats

1/4 Cup Italian Seasoning

Whole Wheat Pasta or Alternative

Pasta Sauce


In a food processor combine beans, onions, steamed sweet potato, garlic, and beets.

Once fully blended place them in a large bowl. Hand mix in the ground flax, oats and italian seasoning.

Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicon mats. Preheat oven to 400F.

Use 1 TBSP of mix to make each ball. Roll in your hands and then place on the baking sheets.

Bake for 18 minutes.

While they are baking, boil your pasta and heat your favorite pasta sauce.

Once the balls are done baking, toss them in the sauce and serve with your pasta.
