Buffalo Cauli-Bites

Whole Food Plant Based : Vegan : Oil Free : Fun Finger Food







4-5 Cups Cauliflower Florets

3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

1 1/4 Cup Plant Milk

2 TBSP Onion Powder

1 TBSP Garlic Powder

1 TSP each Cumin & Paprika

1/4 Cup Franks Hot Sauce




  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Line 2 baking sheets with silicon mats or parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl mix everything except the cauliflower florets and hot sauce. Dip your Cauliflower florets into the coating and then lay them on your baking sheets. Make sure to give them some space so they do not stick together while cooking.

  3. Bake for 25 minutes.

  4. At this point the coating should be stable on the florets. Remove from the oven and place them in a bowl with the hot sauce and coat evenly. Place them back on your baking sheets and bake another 20 minutes. (hint - flip your silicon mat if you have much stuck to it)

  5. Serve hot with this Ranchy Dip
