If you are intimidated by the prospect of incorporating more salads into your diet this "recipe" is for you. Salads should not be boring. Salads should not be something you have to force yourself to eat. Salads should be filling and fun to make. They can even be beautiful. You should not be forcing yourself to eat Kale or Tomatoes if you hate them. A salad by definition is simply a dish that contains virtually any type of ready-to-eat food.
