Ingredients

Medium sized Potatoes - Red or Yellow work best

One Batch of Crack Sauce or Veg-Cheese

Green Onions

Tomatoes or Salsa

Coconut Bacon

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F.

Wash your potatoes. Prick each potato with a fork all around. Place them in a roaster with a lid. Bake for 1 hour. 

Remove from the oven and cut out the centers. Fill the potatoes with your chosen cheesy cause. (sauce should be warm) Top with green onions, tomatoes, salsa and coconut bacon. Return to the oven for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
